Notre Dame recruiting
Despite the fact that I am a Big Ten fan, I decided to write a quick article on the 2009 Notre Dame recruiting season, and Charlie Weis has been bringing some big recruits the past few years not to mention this year as well. Last year, Notre Dame brought in three five stars, I have seen those recruits play in 2008 and they put an impact on the team already. This year, Notre Dame brought in one of the biggest recruits in the nation, and his name is Manti Te'o. His name may sound funny, but you will be seeing his name in a lot of newspapers in the future. Manti Te'o was ranked the second best inside linebaker in the nation and he had an incredible 90 tackles as a junior. Besides him, Notre Dame got many other great recruits, and Notre Dame had an average of 3.44 stars for each recruit. I can already see Notre Dame winning a national championship in a couple years.

Best recruiting class in Big Ten?
It seems like the college football recruiting season has come to an end. Most of the big recruits have committed to schools such as LSU, Alabama, FSU, and many others, but some recruits are still roaming. However, based on statistical analysis for Rivals.com, it seems like Ohio State has the best recruiting class in the Big Ten. Ohio State got a total of 25 recruits, 2 of them being five stars and 15 of them being four stars. Overall, Ohio State's recruits had a average of 3.76 stars for each recruit. Michigan appears to have the second best recruiting class in the Big Ten, they got 22 recruits with 1 being a 5 star and 13 being 4 stars. Overall, Michigan had an average of 3.59 stars for each recruit. Both teams will be loaded with superstars for next season, and I am very excited.
